No Heat on a Saturday at a Renal Property
Tenants at a Toronto triplex we manage reported a no heat situation on a Saturday, mid-December, at 12:30pm. I called Atlas Care and was immediately greeted by a phone rep. who collected all my info. and advised a tech would call within the hour, which is exactly what happened, and by 2:30pm, the heat was restored. The tech, Del, called when on site to inform me what he found when he arrived and all the items he checked while on site and then sent a detailed report via email. Del even called later that Saturday night to follow-up to ensure the furnace will still functioning as it should. The whole process from the initial phone call to Atlas Care to Del calling Saturday night to check up, was top-notch service and I was truly impressed! Thanks Del :)
