I really appreciate the convenience of obtaining an estimate from Odd Job. After emailing them photographs of two separate areas in the home that required drywall ceiling repairs, they prepared an online estimate in a very timely manner and were accommodating in working around our tenant's schedule to book the job for the following week. Upon them visiting the site to begin the job, what we all initially thought would be a fairly straightforward drywall ceiling repair job, was uncovered to be much more complicated in one of the two areas. Odd job made sure to contact me as soon as possible to let me know before proceeding, at which time I asked them complete only the one area and hold off on the other area as I needed to re-evalulate the project and discuss it with the owner. Odd Job has since provided a new estimate for the drywall ceiling repair of the more complicated area for me to present to the property owner, which I'll advise the owner to approve. Their prompt response, keeping me informed throughout the project, good workmanship and fair pricing are just a few of the reasons why I'll call on Odd Job again for our next project.

I chose three different duct cleaning companies to call after reading their positive reviews on Home Stars and Rupert from Twelve Points Duct Cleaning was the first to return my call and return it within the hour! He took the time to hear about the challenges associated with one of the two properties, advised what he could do, and then met me on-site at that particular property to walk me through how they would address that property's duct cleaning needs. Rupert provided a quote after our walk thru and then we proceeded to book the job for the following week. Our tenants gave Rupert access on the day of the job and he called me before and after the visit to each property to let me know he was on his way and when he was complete. Rupert then followed up a week later to ensure that everything was running smoothly with the duct system at the particular property that had some challenges. Rupert was very professional, very personable and very thorough! I was impressed with the whole experience from beginning to end and will definitely call Twelve Points Duct Cleaning again for our next duct cleaning job.

Tenants at a Toronto triplex we manage reported a no heat situation on a Saturday, mid-December, at 12:30pm. I called Atlas Care and was immediately greeted by a phone rep. who collected all my info. and advised a tech would call within the hour, which is exactly what happened, and by 2:30pm, the heat was restored. The tech, Del, called when on site to inform me what he found when he arrived and all the items he checked while on site and then sent a detailed report via email. Del even called later that Saturday night to follow-up to ensure the furnace will still functioning as it should. The whole process from the initial phone call to Atlas Care to Del calling Saturday night to check up, was top-notch service and I was truly impressed! Thanks Del :)

From beginning to end, the entire experience with Spring Home Heating and Cooling was very positive. When I first reached out to Spring Home, looking for a quote on a new AC and furnace installation, I was quickly contacted by Bijan who was happy to answer all my preliminary questions. Bijan then booked an on-site visit the same week and followed up with a quote within a day. Bijan was very patient when I came back with many more questions, taking the time to answer each one in great detail, which I was very appreciative of. We were deciding between three HVAC companies and were not just basing our decision on price, but also on reputation, knowledge of the products and customer service. Based on our criteria, Spring Home stood out among the competition. Once the job was booked, the rest of the Spring Home team were just as accommodating to deal with as Bijan. I contacted Rodina in the office a few days after the installation with a concern regarding the furnace and she quickly arranged for one of the technicians, Tiger, to come out. It turned out to be nothing concerning but they were happy to make the trip to put my mind at ease. I wouldn't hesitate to call on Spring Home again for our future HVAC needs at the other rental properties we manage in the City.

As a property manager of several Toronto rental properties, being able to rely on great trades is extremely important and with Pest-o-Kill, I've been more than impressed each and every time I've had to unfortunately call them out to help us with our pest issues, which have ranged from mice, wasps, roaches, carpenter ants and bed bugs (so far).
