Arrow Furniture has a nice mix of products that present great value, quality and style. After shopping around various stores we found exactly what we wanted at Arrow, and price was reasonable. Sonal was a pleasure to deal with and we'd recommend her to friends and family. We were a bit nervous about delivery given larger heavy pieces that needed to make it upstairs over a lot of hardwood flooring and around corners, but delivery was smooth, professional, on time and uneventful. Paying for set up was worth it as there was so much packaging that was taken away, and we were able to enjoy our new bedroom set right away.

Dolly was EXCEPTIONAL in helping us select our furniture. She understood our needs and helped us pick the right furniture for our home. The furniture was also delivered in due time. We had a minor issue in assembling one of the furniture piece, and Dolly helped us instantly and set things in motion to get a technician out to our home and help us get it assembled. The turn around time for all the service was AMAZING!!! Overall, EXCELLENT customer service. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for new furniture.
