Visted the Brampton location, we had an extremely excellent experience. The sales associate Dolly was very pleasant and professional. She spent a lot of time with us and patiently answered all our queries. Felt no pressure to buy or did not find her interest reduce even though I had started the conversation by saying I was only looking around , yet she took the time to help me look at different options.

I know I will definitely recommend the store and Dolly to all my friends and relatives who are looking to buy furniture.

I had a bit of a problem with the table but the Manager of the Mississauga location sorry if I spelled is name wrong Hakim was very professional and took care of the problem the salesman Edwardo was very professional and friendly also I want to comment of the delivery guy I believe in name is Darcy funny guys did The work in no time .

The staff was very kind and helpful especially the the store manager (hakeem) who had helped me out regarding a bed that i had bought but did not fit through in my house. Overall all experience was amazing huge thanks to hakeem.

I alongwith my family visited Arrow's Scarborough show room. Our sales rep was Richard. He is such a nice guy who explains everything in detail. He talks with you like a family member. We bought a bed room set for our son. We again visited to see the recliner sofa set for our living room and there we met Jason who is a regional sales manager. He is also very nice man, he explained in detail about different sofa sets that we shortlisted. With his explanation, it was very easy to compare several products available at the show room. We asked so many questions and responded all of them professionally. Finally we bought the recliner set as well. Both Richard and Jason are extremely outstanding persons. Our furniture has yet not arrived but I am sure the overall service which is so far very good will remain the same.

I found Arrow Furniture to have quite a large selection and enjoyed its unique furniture. A very lovely staff member, Sonal, assisted me and gave me amazing deals. As I downsized, I appreciated her knowledge, she stood by her products and helped me with my needs in a professional and pleasant manner. She couldn’t have been more patient and understanding and provided me with some useful suggestions, which I appreciated very much. The delivery men were nice and very considerate of the layout in keeping the work area tidy when setting up all the furniture. I highly recommend Arrow Furniture and its staff!!

We had an amazing experience buying a new sofa set at Arrow Faniture. They carry all end quality furniture and store Manager Christine provide an excellent customer service. I bought a bedroom set from Arrow Furniture and am very happy with the purchase. I am especially pleased with the service received from Dolly who helped us pick out the best furniture for our needs and budget without trying to sell us other more expensive sets like other furniture stores.

Purchased a sofa from arrow furniture. It hasn't even been a year since I purchased it and it's just falling apart. The fabric of the sofa has rolls all over it. The cushions have sunk and are now unequal. Our backs hurt when we sit on this sofa. It is money wasted. When I contacted customer service, I was given A LOT of attitude. I was able to get then to change the fabric only on the bottom cushions. However, it hasn't even been 1 month and the fabric has already rolled again. This company does not stand behind its products quality. Do not recommend buying from them.
