We went in the store to buy a bedroom set and the salesman was very helpful and gave suggestions on some quality pieces. We were very pleased with the selection of quality furniture they had. We purchased a bedroom set and it was delivered and everything went very smoothly we were very impressed and extremely happy with our new bedroom purchase. Thank you to the very friendly and helpful staff.

I was very happy with my shopping experience at the Mississauga store from furniture selection to home delivery. Austin is very knowledgeable and patient with a delightful demeanor. I never felt pressure with any of my decisions.
The couch and loveseat are well constructed and made in Canada which was an important part of my purchase.
I will definitely revisit Arrow Furniture in the future and would recommend the store and Austin to friends & family.

We purchased furniture for the bedroom from Austin and Hakim in the Mississauga location. They were very helpful, highly professional and courteous. We had follow up questions which they followed up with timely and appropriately. With the bedroom set, we ordered a box set which we didn't realize wouldn't fit in our basement. When we went back to Hakim and his team, they were so great about helping us to find a solution. Hakim put us in touch with the sales rep for the box set to see if we could get a custom set made. I can't imagine us being able to find someone to cater to our needs without Hakim. Further, his team worked on helping us brainstorm cost effective ideas to manage the situation. I greatly appreciated their expertise and advice and would definitely come to Arrow for my needs again.

Bought most of our furniture from Arrow to furnish our new house.

We paid the fee to get the in-home consultation and it was credited towards our purchase. Overall was a good experience. We really liked some of the unique furniture at structube but the poor reviews had us looking elsewhere. The furniture here at Arrow I would say isn't groundbreaking but quite decent. I've seen the same type of couches at other shops for probably $500 less but since there are so many positive reviews, you're basically also buying piece of mind.

We hired Israel Adud to help us design our house. A lot of his ideas matched our own and he helped us pick out some furniture from the showroom. He was friendly and punctual. He also helped us schedule someone to put up our clock with a short turn around time. He always replied emails/texts quickly. Would recommend.

Gurpreet Kaur most congenial and knowledgeable sales lady. Answered all our inquiries professionally and got answers she did not have knowledge of immediately. Present but not pushy. Great saleslady and one we would certainly ask for in the future.

Gurpreet is a really very good sales associate. Every time Iwhen I have some problems about the furniture,she will help me solve it immediately, even though it is after I ordered the furnitures.

Moved into a new home in Brampton, and needed to purchase a new couch. Due to the shape of the room, we need to purchase a sectional. We were greeted by sales associate Dolly, who was amazing. She was very friend, listened to what we wanted, and had a great deal of knowledge about the couches we were looking at. Through the whole process Dolly was very helpful. She even spent a whole hour with us helping us pick out the fabric for the pillows. We accidentally measured wrong, and even after placing our order Dolly ensured that the necessary adjustments could be made. After receiving the couch, there were two small flaws in the fabric, Dolly was very quick to ensure a technician would be sent out to rectify the issue. The couch looks amazing and we could not be happier. We will definitely going back to make other furniture purchases.

I purchased all my furniture for Den, Living, Dining room for my new house from the Arrow Furniture. Israel, the interior designer helped us from very first day and guided us with such a personalized and commendable services that we don't think anybody can have such services. He discussed and works with you like he is decorating his own house, very down to earth and humble gentleman. We now feel that he is a very close to our heart. I would call or text him and he is available immediately. Israel is a great asset for Arrow Furniture, they should keep this asset forever)))). He has excellent designing vision and variable ideas because of this our home interior looks stunning most of our visitor have one single comments "Royal Touch" I am keep getting this comments every now and then. Personally thankful to Israel!!! We will again disturbing you for our bedroom decoration.
