I purchased an entirely new bedroom set from Arrow and had it delivered to my house. The furniture when it arrived was damaged in mulptiple places. There were scratches on some pieces and large dents and chips off a large dresser. Very disappointed after spending money on an entirely new set.

Christine Samuel, (The Assistant Manager), at the Brampton location on Queen Street, is a kind-hearted woman. She was able to hold my furniture, until I moved, and helped make my dream into a reality. Christine understood my situation and was sincere and empathized with my family. She was the first one to greet me and did not hesitate to help me. They delivered my furniture carefully and placed it into my house. I recommended Christine and her crew to many of my friends and family.

We absolutely love our super comfy living room sofas! Our Sales associate Sara Moawad was great! She was very helpful and patient in helping us find what we were looking for. Thanks again for everything :)

We enjoyed working with our designer Jennifer Cowling. She came up with lovely fabrics that would suit our lifestyle. All the staff were very helpful and we also enjoyed working with Israel. We were very satisfied with the pricing (Thank you Jason Michaels) and the timeframe it took to manufacture The furniture. Even the delivery team were great. We will definitely be purchasing our new mattress in the near future ar Arrow furniture.

Bad customer service plus bad driving and we keeping calling them to fix it they are just ignoring us we spend $10000 we are customer the sale man was very good went we were getting it when this problem come up then he said this not my problem go Call customer service

Jennifer was warm welcoming and very helpful in figuring what our needs were. She assisted with us with due diligence. Also, Jennifer was well knowledgeable in her field. She did follow up with our order and made sure we were satisfied. Overall I would recommend all friends to to Arrow furniture and especially to Jennifer.
