I went to Arrow Furniture Scarborough to buy a living room sofa and a set of chairs. Richard Cheah assisted us in finding the most suitable items. He is an excellent sales representative and I have a very good shopping experience in Arrow Furniture Scarborough with him.

I bought a new home and since then strated thinking how to get this furnished nicely under my budget, I visted Arrow furniture where i meet Greg who was very helpful and calm in listening my issue and problem regarding house decoration, he connected me to Israel from where i started realised that now this guy will make my dream come true of having nice decorated house. He took over the project and from scratch to finish keep his patience at peak in making me select all the furniture where i was sometime acted silly. Isreal make me understand all the issues relating furniture and asked me not to worry about and told me that he will take care of the project as this is his own house.! He met all his comitments and provide me a nice furnished house om a given date.! I would highly recommend this place and especially Israel to everyone who is looking to furnished their house.! Now Arrow, will be my one stop shop for furniture and decorative stuff.! Keep it up guys.!!

I can go on for days, but let me give you a quick summary. Back in March of this year, my fiancée and I purchased a bed, box spring and mattress set from Arrow Furniture on Kennedy Rd in Scarborough. It is now July 7th and the last serviceman has just left my home after completing my bed. It has been a NIGHTMARE with NO ONE willing to help (except for Michael, he's the only one who bothered to try and do anything). From salesmen to the service team to the actual maintenance guys, every single person dropped the ball. Week after week we were promised someone would call (no one did), someone would come (they hardly showed, and when they did, they never had the right equipment or components), and that things would be taken care of quickly (they were not). The servicemen revealed that Arrow does not ship beds until they've filled enough orders to get a wholesale price, and moreover our hardwood floors were scratched because these guys didn't bring us the proper flats/cross rods for the bed for MONTHS. We received the box spring and mattress first, then the bed frame, then the frame couldn't be completed because they brought the wrong flats, then the flats were too short, then there were no screws, then they only brought 5 working support legs to install underneath the flats. This is singlehandedly the WORST customer service experience I have ever received. Only when I came to the store in person and threatened legal action, was anything taken care of.

We have decided against purchasing the rest of our furniture from Arrow (we were ready to furnish our whole home - thousands of dollars in lost business for Arrow) and recommend that you STAY AWAY from Arrow Furniture. After this whole nightmare the only complimentary service offered was a free bed installation....great job guys. Never again!!!!

I went to Arrow to replace my living room furniture that had taken years of abuse from 2 kids & a 100lb dog. Israel helped me choose the best pieces for my needs. He showed me a number of different options & I eventually decided on an oversized sectional with a leather ottoman to compliment it.
I am literally the slowest person in the world to make a decision, but Israel was beyond patient & helpful, & very generous with his time to assist me in making my decision.
I absolutely love my new living room, & so does the family! I will definitely go back to Arrow furniture for future purchases!

We are so grateful for Richard at the Kennedy location. He assisted us in buying our first bedroom set for our new home. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He also assisted our other Family member in purchasing a new couch! Thank you Richard for your service and expertise!

We get great service from Gurpreet Kaur ,She has great knowledge , we are totally satisfy with her honestly service . We highly refer about her to our family and friends .
