Please be advised I wish to thank Arrow Furniture and A. J. Paglia for his exemplary service and commitment to ensure I was happy with my new purchase. As I live a fair distance away, I was assured that should I have any issues with my new purchase Arrow furniture would make every effort to rectify any concerns. I purchased a beautiful modern modular sectional. Every question was answered fully and in every step from order to delivery A. J. Paglia was there to ensure my satisfaction. I have recommended Arrow to several friends and would encourage anyone interested in purchasing furniture to visit the Scarborough Arrow store. Simple Purchase - treated like a star

Found a coffee table I liked on line, called the store and picked it up the next day. Royce made me feel as if I was spending $1000,'s and treated me with class.

Beware of after sale service!!!

Furniture review in Toronto

I purchased the leather sofa, love seat, chair and Center table set I had a problem with the sofa after few month of the purchase as the leather started peeling off. I contacted store manager and the other staff, number of times but that didn't replied back. Even I went to store and showed them the pictures of the sofa but they never sent any one to fix the problem. Exchange is out of question. Beware of after sale service!!!

Hi Manjinder. Sorry to hear that you were having issues with your living room set. After doing some investigating, it seems that your purchase was done almost 4 years ago and did in fact buy a floor model sold in an 'as-is' condition. We do stand by our products but sometimes some things are sold as-is, heavily discounted, and without a warranty. Sri T. - Sales Manager
