We've been with Anna's Housekeeping Services for many years. Unfortunately the great service from the beginning has dwindled significantly. We went from weekly to bi-weekly cleaning and were asked to increase our hours "because the house would be dirtier" ... Many many times, cleaner was gone two to three hours before the scheduled time. When we approached the office - "we" were always in the wrong. The last few cleans were not clean at all, and the very last one was half done - when Anna / Irene were approached - they confirmed our regular cleaning person was on vacation and asked that we "please ignore" the last clean, but were still expected to pay the full price. It was horrible! Well....here's a customer of at least six years going bye bye!
