I called Allied late Monday afternoon to re-do the plumbing in the rec room bathroom with new fixtures since we had guests coming this weekend. They showed up the next morning on time at 9:00 am. The plumber, Daeho, took off his shoes, was extremely polite, engaging and very professional. He new exactly what to do and was quick and efficient. As this is an older house there was a certain amount of adjustment required to adapt the new fixtures. The price charged was very competitive and much less than what I had expected to pay. Would I use this company again? You bet! In a heartbeat! Thank you Allied.

making an appointment was pretty quick and painless, although took 2 tries to unclog pipes (from upstairs toilet) which was backlogging into downstairs shower. So had to pay for 2 visits.

Don't know if it's standard practice to tack on 1/2 hour travel time even though it takes 5 mins to get to my place from that location.

Plumber who came by was ok, not really personable but did the work. Nothing to rate 4/5 stars for.

Allied Plumbing Service were contacted and attended in a timely manner, researched for best methods to solve the broken water line, to care of all city permits, repaired and finished quickly and communicated with tenants well. This was a job well done.
