Overall my experience with Air Works was a good one. They removed a very old furnance from my home effectively and efficiently, installed a new 2 stage furnace, ran a new duct from the basement to a small second floor bedroom that had no existing vent, serviced my central AC unit, and installed a pump for the condensation tube from my AC unit. The work met my expectations in terms of quality and price, the opportunity for me with Air Works was on sales follow-up with respect to a new thermostat (installed now) and the government rebates from the installation of these units (still waiting to get the cheques).

Shopped around for hourly rate. Even though Airworks was a bit higher per hour, it worked better overall than the complicated formulae that other HVAC companies had. He came during his window timeframe. The dispatcher did not take the order properly, so he didn't have the right part at first. Called a colleague who brought the part, then both finished the work in a timely manner. Didn't get charged the extra time because the part was not available. Repaired a hairline gas leak of an old (probably over 30) elbow pipe. Reasonable, quick, efficient, the gas leak is gone. Happy and would call again if need be.

Excellent customer service and installation. Tony Casarin thoroughly explained the product and gave us a great price. He also followed up after the job to make sure we were completely satisfied. Chris Ireland and the crew were friendly and hard working - stayed until the job was completely done - even ran out to purchase (and install) a programmable thermostat that we dedcided upon at last minute. Would definitely recommend to friends & family.

We could not be happier with the service we recieved. The service crew were extremely knowlegable and skilled. They were meticulous in their work. They were extremely friendly and explained what they were doing at every step. We felt we were in very good hands. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and we plan to use them for all our HVAC needs.

I contacted Airworks based on the feedback from Homestars. Chris was flexible with the pricing and beat Direct Energy's quote. I was very satisfied with the work, and my house was left clean. My only disappointment was with timing - they came later than I was originally told, and the morning of there was no call to advise they were running late. Luckily all worked out, and I was very satisfied.

Chris and his team of heating/cooling specialists are truly committed to their client's satisfaction. When we moved into our home in December, we were only there a week when the furnace broke down and of course my spouse was out of town. I have two kids under the age of 3 and Chris came over at 10:30 pm on a Saturday night to repair my furnace for me.
This company has always been surprisingly accommodating, and their prices very competitive. You always feel as though you are being cared for, not " gouged"and the advice and service is awesome. When they say they are coming, they do. When you are not sure what to do, they give you great advice. I would recommend AirWorks to anyone. We did end up having to replace our furnace with a high efficiency model and I know we were treated fairly and the work was done properly. (and more importantly, if we ever have a problem, they will stand behind their work)

After negative experiences with two previous HVAC contractors and two previous product lines, I ripped and replaced my entire central HVAC system. After much research, I purchased from Airworks the Trane XV90 high efficiency furnance, XL16 AC unit, Rinnai R85 demand water heater, Aprilaire 700 humidifier, Amaircare 350 HEPA filtration system, LG ductless split AC system and installation. My installation environment was not easy. I had additional contractors readying the room and exterior. Airworks worked with me every step of the way discussing the pros and cons of various vendors, designing novel solutions to my installation challenges, working collaboratively with my other contractors and resolving each and every issue that emerged to my satisfaction, at a very reasonable cost compared to other quotes. The installation crews were top notch. Mark worked very closely with me throughout the project to my complete satisfaction.

Airworks truely has achived placing customer satisfaction first. They even have perhaps the best HVAC contractor web page in Toronto - a real plus when I was first looking for someone. I plan to use them again for my coming fireplace conversions to gas.

Barry, the service person, showed up, on time, to check out a noisy power vent on my furnace. He installed a new one but after a couple of days, I noticed the new part was also making a racket (faulty part). I called them back. Barry replaced the vent again and now it runs beautifully. These guys are extremely professional, prompt and courteous. Their goal is for you to be satisfied. They've done other work for me in the past and it has always been a great experience.

We used Airworks to relocate an A/C unit from the back of our house to the front to make way for a deck we are having built.

The person who completed the work was very efficient and curteous, and the quality of the rewiring is very high.

They were originally scheluded to begin the work at 8am but didn't arrive until almost 2pm after a lot of follow up calls, this was frustrating. They had to come back the next day to finish the job due to the late start.

In fairness Chris did apologize for the mix up and provided an appropriate discount as compensation.

I would use their services again.

I would highly recommend Airworks for anyone who needs furnace repair and/or replacement. Chris and his team are honest, reliable, and very professional. Our furnace broke down this winter, and I called a few places. Chris was the first to respond and was at our house within 45 minutes. He attempted to repair the furnace, but the motor had seized (he showed us all the parts and demonstrated the problem). He proposed different alternatives and we decided to replace the furnace. Chris did not pressure us in any way, and provided the pros and cons of each of the furnaces. We decided to go with the highest effiency furnace which his employees installed the next day in about 4 - 5 hours. We were extremely happy with Chris and would use Airworks again for any of our HVAC needs.
