I called Canada Wide with two plumbing problems: a stuck kitchen sink that would not drain, and a bathroom sink that drained slowly. Trivial, right? Well, these problems have been ongoing for years with various attempts to fix them. Flavio responded promptly to my call, came over the same day, and immediately set to work. After many hours of watching Holmes on Homes I got a feeling that the kitchen drain was incorrectly built and causing the poor/no drainage. First thing he did, he removed the incorrectly built drain system under the kitchen sink and rebuilt it correctly. He explained the rationale for the change and every step he took to resolve the problem. Now the sink drains better than it ever has - problem resolved. In the bathroom, he took the time to figure out what exactly was wrong, and he fixed it, too. It sounds so simple, but two other plumbers had looked at this with no resolution. And then he took the extra step of figuring out why I had poor flow from the faucet, and fixed that too! I didn't even have to ask! Flavio will be my choice for any future plumbing needs. I will definitely have him back when we get to the kitchen and bathroom renovations we have planned. Excellent service, reasonable prices and results that exceeded expectations. Thanks, Flavio!

I left my media room packing and storage a little late prior to demolition of the room. I called many of the sites well rated at HomeStars. Some didn't answer their phone, some didn't return my message. Some took my call and quoted me dates that were a month or more out, far longer than I could wait. I called Tender Touch based on the strength of the reviews here. The gave me a date the week I needed. Then, they offered dates even sooner, and finally called me back offering me crews the same day I called. I was amazed by this level of service. I took the same day service. The crews arrived on site on schedule, with regular updates from the office on arrival time. There was a bit of initial confusion during the setup (due to the rapidity with which the move was scheduled) but as soon as the supervisor arrived, they went into high gear with a level of professionalism and care that you usually associate with the big long haul movers. Once completed, the supervisor did not charge me for the initial period of setup, and explained every charge carefully to me. The crew was very personable and enjoyable to work with. They did a great job and I recommend them.

Excellent product, and exceptional service. I haven't found a better HVAC contractor yet. After negative experiences with two previous HVAC contractors and two previous product lines, I ripped and replaced my entire central HVAC system. After much research, I purchased from Airworks the Trane XV90 high efficiency furnance, XL16 AC unit, Rinnai R85 demand water heater, Aprilaire 700 humidifier, Amaircare 350 HEPA filtration system, LG ductless split AC system and installation. My installation environment was not easy. I had additional contractors readying the room and exterior. Airworks worked with me every step of the way discussing the pros and cons of various vendors, designing novel solutions to my installation challenges, working collaboratively with my other contractors and resolving each and every issue that emerged to my satisfaction, at a very reasonable cost compared to other quotes. The installation crews were top notch. Mark worked very closely with me throughout the project to my complete satisfaction. Airworks truely has achived placing customer satisfaction first. They even have perhaps the best HVAC contractor web page in Toronto - a real plus when I was first looking for someone. I plan to use them again for my coming fireplace conversions to gas.
