1-800-GOT-JUNK?

I am so amazed at the level of service and how nice and professional the guys were, they removed an old fridge and it is out of my basement and off to get recycled. I will recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

My wife and i have been wanting to put an entertainment room in the basement for years but the first step, clearing the space out, never seemed to get done. That was where 1-800-Got-Junk? came in. They actaully were able to come by that day and the guys who showed up were awsome. They had 15 years of junk cleared out in less than 1hr and even swept up before they left. You guys rock!

1-800-GOT-JUNK was recommended to my by by real estate agent when I was getting my house ready to sell. They cleared out the garage and the basement and I can't believe the difference it makes. My house looks bigger, more spacious and roomier. Of all the things I am going to do to get the house ready to sell - I think this is the one where I'm getting the biggest bang for my buck. I just wish I'd called them years ago!

Not only were the fellows that came nice and friendly, they were also very efficient....something rare to find in the service industry I'm afraid. In no time my yard was a joy to be in, not the nightmare it was the hour before. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat!

I called their number because I needed to get rid of a big pile of reno materials fast. They booked me an appointment for later that day, called before they arrived, and arrived on time. But this was only the beginning. The two fellows who arrived were clean, well spoken, shook my hand and introduced themselves, and told me they were going to do a great job for me and couldn't wait to get started. They gave me a price that I thought was very reasonable considering the stuff I had, they worked efficiently, kept me informed as to how everything was going, gave me a written bill that cost what they said it would, cleaned the area spotless, and asked me at the end if I thought they did a great job like they promised they would. Heck yes, I said! I have never had service like this from a five star restaurant, never mind a junk removal company. Use these guys - you won't believe how good they are!

Called Got Junk since I saw the company bin on Mike Holmes. Called them up to inquire about drop-off bins. They said they don't use them any more because of costs of garbage. So I went with the option of using the two guys and the 16 yard bin. Was quoted a price for the job for $800, and when we finally looked at the bin (which the driver said was two bin loads and not one) the bill was over 1300 dollars! I signed off on the credit card slip, but still felt like I was being taken advantage of. When I phoned customer service, I asked if they could amend the price at the end of the job. They said no. And now it's my word against the driver. I had a bad vibe when these guys showed up... and my fears were confirmed. I won't be using them again.

I called for a quote in the morning and by the afternoon my garage was clean! The telephone service was great and they explained what would happen. Just before the scheduled time I got a call to let me know they were 10 minutes away. The two guys showed up, loaded up my junk, swept up afterwards and were off!
I found the price to be a little high, but there are no other companies that service my area.

Totally professional and courteous service. I wasn't too impressed with the pricing as a few bricks are considered "bedload" and trigger what I think is too much extra cost, but I was able to negotiate a small discount. This company is hassle-free and the service was friendly. The Vancouver office phoned a week later to ask if I was satisfied. I declined their request to put a lawn sign up for two weeks. I'm not sure why anyone would agree to free advertising, no matter how satisfied they might be!

This is the second time I’ve used this company and cannot say enough about their professionalism & service. A lot of companies could learn something from these guys. I was clearing out my basement and wanted to get rid of an old 3-seater couch, plus a bunch of other stuff that was too much for the bi-weekly trash pick up. I called them to schedule a pick up the next afternoon and the cheerful operator told me I could expect to see them between 2:30 & 3:30pm. The next morning they called me back to tell me they were in the area and could come by sooner, but I was not ready for them as I was still cleaning out the basement, so we kept the original appointment. The guys called me around 2:00pm to tell me they would be there in about half an hour. They arrived right on time, took a look at what I needed removed and gave me a price of $138. They took the heavy and awkward couch out from the basement, along with all the other stuff, in no time at all. The young lads were hard working, cheerful and polite. Yes, $138 is a lot to pay to get rid of stuff you don’t want anymore, but you have to pay a fee to the city to dump stuff yourself anyway, so to have the convenience of someone else taking it away for me is worth it! The next day I received a call from their head office in B.C. (the 604 area code came upon my cal display) to follow up on the quality of service I’d received. Very impressive!

The guys from 1-800 Got-Junk did a great job of removing all the ryubbish from my house when we were moving out - they had no problems helping us get organized and went above and beyond.

We'll definitely be using thema again!
