1-800-GOT-JUNK?

1 800 Got Junk showed up on time. They asked where the "Junk" was, loaded it themselves and before they left doubled checked to see if we forgot anything. We didn't lift a finger except to point at what had to go. Very polite and personable staff.

I had a whole shed full of household and personal contents that I never used but kept around just so I could move them from one house to the next for several years. It finally got to the point where I decided it was time to let go of it all, so I called 1-800-Got-Junk and they took care of everything in a professional, speedy and cost-effect way. It worked out so well, I tore down the old shed and built a new one. I would use them again anytime and have already recommended them to several friends. Thanks guys.

'twas a busy spring backyard/garage cleanup on a sunny saturday. lots of stuff to do, and a young family to spend time with. did i want to load up my mid-sized pick-up truck and make four long trips to the dump (each visit costing me a minimum $25.00 dumping fee -- you do the math). shining sun and beers on ice, i decided my time was worth more than my money, so i called up 1800gotjunk after spotting a nifty truck working another job in my neighbourhood. they came at the appointed time and promptly, professionally, and good-naturedly loaded all my junk and disappeared, like kaiser sousay...
my weekend, like the recyclables they culled from my pile, was salvaged. i was impressed with their work and professionalism; the 1800gotjunk crew knows there stuff and takes care of business.

It was a difficult job as my aunt was there while they worked, and was a bit distraught about the move, but the two fellows who did the job were kind, hard working, and diligent. I have occasion to use a junk removal service somewhat frequently, and have been using Got-Junk consistently for the past couple of years. After using a few of the smaller companies listed on this site, I tried Got-Junk, and my experience was night and day. I was looking for fair and consistent pricing as well as reliablility, as my time is valuable to me. I have found the service I've received from Got-Junk to be consistently outstanding - they show up on time as promised, they give me an upfront price before loading, they work efficiently, and they clean up thoroughly when they're done. I've read reviews saying that they're expensive, and that simply has not been my experience. I find their pricing very fair compared with other junk removal services I've tried, especially considering the level of service they have provided. I will continue to use Got-Junk. Their exceptional customer service and fair, consistent pricing provide me with the value I am looking for.

The two fellows that came to my house last week and cleaned out my basement were fantastic. I was worried that it was going to take them all afternoon, but to my amazement it only took them 1 hour to clean everything out. They were quick and were in a great mood, which made the experience a whole lot better. The price was very fair for the amount of junk they took from my house.
