1-800-GOT-JUNK?

1 800 Got Junk was very helpful, and could come very quickly. I was disappointed that they showed up with a truck that already had junk in it, and couldn't take my junk. They were already told how much junk I had, so they should have come prepared. The price we got was not fair based on the cost of a full truck, and what we paid.

My house was LONG overdue for de-cluttering. 1-800-GOT-JUNK was easy to book. They came on time and the 2 guys were friendly, fast and efficient, removing all the junk I had ready to go from the house and garage. They had a full load. I would use them again and HIGHLY recommend them.

Pleasant and professional service. Fast response, follow up email and then a phone call with an accurate time of arrival. Were able to remove the 3 units with no damage to the units or the building Hope that the Furniture Bank can use them

Several items for disposal or donation. I am unable to take care of this myself due to mobility issues since I had a fall and broke my hip. Need help to get rid of excess stuff.

Getting rid of 20 years of stuff. When people say that we hang onto stuff for too long, they are so right. I called Got Junk, and through a very simple process, I was well on my way to getting rid of years of junk. It was all over and done in 20 min. The men that came were friendly and fast. Feels like a weight has been lifted from me.

I booked by phone approximately 1 week prior and received email confirming time and date (Fri with 1:30-3:30 window). Received a call on Thu advising they had a truck available that day and was I interested - declined, said I would stick with original time and date.
Friday I received call @ 1:29 saying they were tied up at another job and couldn't show up until 6 or 7 that evening. I said that would put us into darkness and asked they change it to next day (Sat). They said I would be contacted by a mgr to confirm. No call came and I called them and they didn't appear to be aware first pick-up had been missed and agreed to rebook for 10am Sat. I wasn't impressed to say the least and felt I was looking at a very 'iffy' situation for Sat. Next day received a call at 9:30am advising they were on their way and subsequently arrived on time at 10.
Two cheerful young gents, Craig & Lucas, introduced themselves, reviewed the material to be removed, went over the pricing and started to work. This involved a number of large, heavy pieces of furniture and appliances that had to be maneuvered through tight confines of a basement location and hand carried up a steep slope with slippery footing. They did this without complaint, taking care to avoid damaging walls and doors. Job was done in a little over an hour, they cleaned up the site and asked if they was anymore to be done. Price was as quoted and I was more than happy with their performance after a somewhat shaky start. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company or use them again.

I moved out from a townhouse in Richmond Hill. I had to get of some pieces of furniture that I could not move/sell. The team from 1-800-got-junk was very professional. Extra points for coming in on Monday, which was Family Day, and most companies were closed.

the guys were super friendly and got everything out in less then 15 min! i would highly recommend them to anyone that needs anything removed from there home! :) !

These guys were great. They came and took 2.5 truck loads of junk out of my house in 2 hours and I booked them the same day. I would absolutely hire them again!
