We purchased a refridgerator from Sears because their service had been good in the past. However, this time, their Sat delivery team were terrible! They were rude and lazy - they didn't even remove all the plastic / cardboard from the appliance before turning it on and wanted me to sign for it before I even had a chance to inspect it. They got angry when I asked them to level it (they're supposed to) and didn't even check to see if it was operating properly.
