The contractor came asap as our furnace blew and leaking everywhere. A new boiler had to be ordered but wouldn't arrive until the next day. They cleaned up and came back the next morning and replaced it quickly. The installer did a follow up the next day to make sure everything was ok. Great care andgave us the best price they could. They made a stressful situation as painless as possible. Highly recommend.

Our bathroom toilet was leaking and the handle was worn out. Called Hillcrest Plumbing and they came the next day and had all the parts necessary for our model. The tech completed the leak repair coming from the back pipe and also replaced the handle, pump/plunger. and even the toliet seat. They have been in the business for many decades and it shows in their knowledge and workmanship. Highly recommended.

Last week I lost my keys and therefore couldn't get into my house. Called Broadway Locksmith and they came out within an hour. They picked the lock and got me in quickly. Me wife was not comfortable with my house key somewhere out on the free world so we asked them to re-key the front door lock for our peace of mind. The tech was super nice and was sympathetic to our situation. We were appreciative for that and we love the new lock as it's a big improvement over our old notch one. We definitely would recommend Broadway Locksmith.

Our son ran into our glass sliding door with his bike causing a foot long crack. We didn't want to chance it so we called Speedy Glass to assess the damage to the glass. We have used Speedy before for our auto glass and were always happy with them. The glass tech came by and recommended the glass be replaced and he luckily had an identical one in their shop. He went the extra mile to go back to the shop and get the glass and replaced it within an hour. We also asked him to install some window screens which were worn out. Once again, Speedy did the job to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend them for both auto and home glass services.

Our fridge was on its last legs so we were in the market for a new one as it was not feasible to repair it being that it was probably the original. We had heard that Trail Appliances has a good selection of good quality units. The sales tech was very helpful and knowledgeable in determining the fridge that would suit our needs and give us the best bang for the buck. The showroom was very well laid out and we didnlt feel too pressured into rushing the purchase. We are very happy with our shopping experience and would not hesitate to recommend Trial Appliances.

The paint on our detachedd garage had been getting pretty worn over the years. We had received numerous flyers in the past from College Pro Painters and decided to give them a try. They sent a two person crew and overall did a good job with just a few paint overruns but nothing that sticks out. Called them back and they touched up those few areas and we are overall pretty satisfied with their work.

Our son had the stomach flu one night and vomited on his pillow, bedding, and singel matress. Called Coit and they did an amazing job getting the stains out and we had them clean the rest of the upper floor bedrooms plus some spot cleaning as well. We were aware of their reputation and were very impressed by their courteous service and promptness in getting it done as soon as possible. Highly recommended as we have had used other carpet cleaning companies before which were more expensive and inferior workmanship.

Back in November, our hot water boiler sprung a leak and water was soaking our basement carpet. It happened at the worst time being after midnight. We knew we had ro call a plumbing service asap and that we'd have to pay extra being if was after hours. Milani came by and replaced the recovery tank cylinder. The part itself was around $75 but the service cost about $350. Pretty steep but we were desperate and it was done. Overall happy with Milani but be careful with the after hours charge.

We hired Holland Home Services to do a general spring cleanup of the exterior of our home after the winter. The service was efficient and courteous. The cost was a little more than we expected but we figured the work was necessary as we had not undertaken a thorough exterior cleaning since we bought the house five years ago. There are cheaper alternatives for sure but Holland came highly recommended and we were generally happy overall.
