it took a long time for them to show up but when they did ..wow..they did a great job, and all in two days ( total 7 hrs )..I had another person give me an estimate and he said it would take 2 weeks to complete the job. First they had a preparation crew of 8 show up , then a laying crew of 10 showed up , then a finishing crew of 2 showed up for the final touches and lastly a clean up crew showed up. You also need to judge the job / company by how they handle complaints. When the first crew showed up they put the retaining wall the wrong way . A call into the office had the salesman out the next day and the laying crew corrected the problem. When the job was completed we noticed that they had forgotten to lay the river stone. After a call to the salesrep he mentioned he would show up in a few days an lay the stone. Guess what ? in a few days he did show up and lay the stone. Great customer service after the job. I would absulutley recommend this company
