This company sold me a water softening system about 14 months ago and the installation went well. The system worked until 4 months ago and then it stopped using salt and I called for service. I was told in a faintly patronising manner to use a stick to break up the salt. I did this and waited 2 months before I could be certain that the salt was still not being used. I rang back and was told that I likely needed several new filters as they were likely blocked and the soonest I was offered an appointment was 6 weeks later. I took a 1/2day off work to meet the maintenance person and was phoned by dispatcher from the company who in a very casual and unapologetic manner said the Maintenance man wasn't coming and she didn't have any availability until the new Year and that it was no problem of hers that I would be without service all over the holidays as a result of their lack of service it was apparently "out of my hands"

I have lived in this house for 12 years and a year after I arrived Atlascare replaced my furnace and central air conditioning and hot water heater. 5 years ago they installed a split air conditioner in the master bedroom. They come routinely in Spring and Fall to do maintenance checks. The staff are smart, professional and clear about what they have to do I have always been impressed this time Anthony Y came and ran up and down the 4 storeys of my house doing all the checks. When the furnace motor broke last year they were in to assess it the same day and as soon as the part arrived it was installed. You can really trust this business.

This company has been maintaining my furnace and AC for 7 years. They replaced my old system 4 years ago. They installed a supplementary AC system earlier this year and today they came to clean the ducts. They were on time and both of the technicians were very engaged in explaining what they were doing and ensuring the job was done to high specifications including leaving my house clean on their departure. I can recommend this excellent company for this service and the others I mentioned. I don't believe they are the cheapest however I think that their prices are reasonable and provide excellent value for money.

My drains were backing up in my garage so I called Priority Plumbing. Greg came out and was informative. He proposed two different options to fix the problem and I was not pressured in any way. We decided to power wash the drains and everything works fine now. I would use Priority plumbing again if I ever require plumbing services in the future.
