We called Dave's Duct Cleaning back in September for our duct cleaning. Mark and Kevin were professional, punctual and took the time to describe the work during the process. They took the care to ensure that pets were appropriately secure. They showed the before and after pictures as well as the garbage bag of debris collected from the ducts (after a renovation). The only small issue that arose was that during the process, our furnace had a newer component (a smoke detector) that was triggered and the furnace wouldn't turn back on. However, after speaking with my general contractor (who is HVAC trained), I got it working after a couple of days after a hard electrical reset. Dave called me back during the week to ensure that everything was up and running smoothly and reassured me that they are now more familiar with this component found in newer furnaces.

Back in April, we recently moved into a new home and had neglected to have the garage properly inspected. We noticed it was a bit loud on closing and also slammed into the safety bolt on opening, but were too inexperienced to realize what needed to call someone for repair. We called Garage Door Experts when the garage door opener completely stopped working and Alex was able to come the next day. He replaced all the rollers (all old and rusty), tightened the spring, and replaced the damaged limit gear. He spent a fair bit of time to troubleshoot the keypad box and also provided excellent preventative maintenance tips (such as lubrication).

We had water pooling at one corner of the home's eavestrough due to improper sloping and a couple shingles that blew off on a windy day that needed repair. Jason reviewed and discussed the issues with me, providing a cost-effective quote for the roof repairs. Despite their busy schedule - and after a couple rainouts - our minor roof repair was completed about 3 weeks later. His skilled roofer came during the early evening and was done in under an hour.
