What a pleasure to deal with such a professional, courteous and knowledgeable group of people from Classic Fireplace at Rylander. It started with Josh who came to our house for a pre installation visit, he told us that they can remove the existing zero clearance fireplace without major renovations be taking it apart bit by bit, something that no other company in our area couldn’t do, this saved us thousands of dollars in a fairly extensive renovation. Steven and Chris were the technicians who arrive to perform the required work a few weeks later. Steven removed the old fireplace and installed the new Napoleon while Chris did all the required work on the outside of the house. They were very efficient and worked non stop the whole time they were here, such hard workers. To top it off they are both very nice young men. Prior to them leaving after the work was complete, Steven made sure I clearly understood how to operate the new fireplace, they cleaned up and left the work area spotless. I’d like to give a shout out to all the people I delt with at Milano. Anna, who I spoke with on the phone on several occasions was very helpful, professional and very friendly, what a pleasure to talk to someone on the phone who is so nice. Matthew who came to check out the job and gave me an estimate was again professional and pleasant. He explained to me everything I needed to know about the job without me having to ask a thing. The two guys who came to do the installation were on time, very pleasant and polite. They did a great job with the installation and left my home as clean as it was when they first got here. The only surprise I had was the fact that they all delivered exceptionaly well. I will definitely recommend Milano to anyone wanting to replace their doors or windows. If I had the need in the future to install other doors or windows, I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services. Great job
