A few old floor joists in my house were in need of reinforcement: a sister joist, some joist hangers and a few shims. The majority of the work had to be done in an open dirt crawl space, which is quite shallow. Moreover, the old joists are wider than the modern ones, so that special joist hangers were required. Karol answered my call on Saturday, came to look at the problem and proposed the solution. Good quality job, done quickly and at a reasonable price. Thanks a lot!

Some of the heads on my irrigation system got broken, and a few were watering the house in addition to the lawn. Nino and his team have arrived as scheduled, replaced a few heads, relocated two of them to spray water away from the house wall, tuned all heads. There were more repairs than we originally assumed, but Nino has accommodated the request without rescheduling. Now the system works well, Nino maintains it annually and winterizes it. We needed the eavestroughs and downspouts on our house to be replaced. The house is rather long, so Petar has recommended additional downspouts to prevent overflow. Routing of the downspouts has been tricky because of the plants around the house. Petar has done an amazing job! After the installation about a month ago the new system has handled some heavy rains pretty well.
