Alex and his team are amazing professionals. Windows, communications and install process were fantastic. Couldn't be happier with the service and product from beginning to end. Despite being a smaller job with only 2 kitchen windows they went out of their way to accommodate us. Thanks again!

I had a problem with a couple of the latch buttons breaking on vinyl windows I had installed a few years ago. The company that did the install for me had since gone out of business so I called Window City directly. Spoke to Chris at customer service and he was fantastic. He agreed to ship me a handful of new latch buttons to replace the broken ones at no charge. Thanks Chris!
