I am very happy with the level of service I received from Aquaguard. I woke one morning to find the utility room in my basement had flooded due to a crack in the foundation wall. Aquaguard was able to arrange a service call for me within 2 days and the cost of the repair matched that was given to me over the phone. My repair tech was Jon, he was polite, friendly and highly knowledgeable. He was happy to answer the plethora of questions that I had (which I am sure he answered the same ones 100 times before) as if they were all good questions and appreciated my concerns. He worked quickly and cleanly and was more than tolerant of my cat supervising his every move. Thank you to Jon and the rest of the Aquaguard Team!

I needed to replenish the insulation in my attic and I am so happy I stumbled upon Knox Insulation! Kyle and his crew are nothing but professionals. Very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. Upon Kyle's inspection of my attic he noted that there was venting that needed to be insulated as well as baffles to be replaced. The price of the job was very reasonable and the project was completed in just a few hours. It was a joy watching the crew work together and you can see that they enjoy what they do and are a true team. Kyle took the time to answer any questions I had and explained the process every step of the way. The crew worked quickly and cleanly and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I needed to replace all gutters and downspouts on my home. Being new to Barrie, I called around and asked my other contractors if they knew anyone who I could call. Everyone mentioned Reynolds Brothers. From the very 1st contact to coordinate a quote through to the completion of the project, everyone I dealt with was super polite, very friendly and highly professional. They were willing to go the extra mile to help problem solve a tricky downspout relocation and flexible enough to work with my timelines. The crew worked quickly and left my property clean as when they arrived (if not better). A great group of guys! You may have to wait awhile to have them come out to do the work, but, as I was told, they are well worth the wait and I completely agree! Hopefully the rest of my reno/repair projects will go as smoothly.
