Approximately 500 square foot Andrei has excellent communication and customer service skills..his team are polite, tidy, on time and take great care to minimise the inevitable sawdust. He pointed out that the sanded floors would be much lighter if not stained...he prepared 4 different stain examples on our floors so we could see exactly difference from almost white to golden oak to walnut brown...each option would have stamped a different feel to the rooms. We wanted light and bright but I was concerned extensive probably ancient watermarks would still be visible..all stains and marks removed no staying required..$1500 for sanding filling and 3 coats of polyurethane and buffing... brilliant job...so we're having them back to do the second floor.
