We upgraded our electrical panel to 200amps and this required larger supply lines and conduit going into the house. This in turn required removing some of exterior siding to make room for the larger conduit. We used All Pro Metals to repair the siding and add metal flashing to waterproof the modifications. They did a great job, on time and as estimated.

After 25 years, we needed to replace our gas furnace and central AC unit. We were in a hurry to get this done since we had some other landscaping work scheduled to be done which would be much easier if old the AC was out of the way. Convertible responded quickly and was very accommodating by installing the furnace and removing the old AC, and then scheduling to come back after the landscaping to install the outdoor AC unit. This was really helpful. The installation crew was very professional and did a very good job, especially in view of the difficulty of running new air intake and exhaust venting through a house build in 1886.

I used Cabbagetown Carpentry to do a challenging structural renovation to my 3rd floor attic room. Johnny and his crew did a spectacular job. The challenge was to replace an interior support beam and this meant having to get a lot of massive materials and tools up to the third floor and have the crew go in and out of the rest of finished house. So the job required heavy lifting and finesse at the same time. In the end, the safest and best way was to bring the twenty foot beam sections up to the third floor by carefully carrying them up 3 sets of stairs though the house. Johnny and his crew accomplished this cheerfully without damaging anything. The rest of job was handled expertly, getting the best result possible given the constraints of working on a 100 year old house. Johnny and his crew are excellent communicators and totally sensitive to the homeowners needs and concerns. Johnny was highly focused on making a difficult renovation a good experience and was constantly asking me if I was happy with how the job was going. He was completely transparent about costs, timings, and absolutely reliable. A joy to work with.

Joeseph gave me quote to remove three overgrown cedars in our backyard. We though it would be a quick 1/2 hour job, as cedars have shallow roots. However, turned out all three had a big tap root which turned it into a 3 hour job! Nonetheless, Joeseph stuck to original quote! Great service. Busy guy and man of his word.

Thought I would write this review because I can comment on how my Solar sunroom had stood the test of time. It was installed in 2004. Good news--its great, still looks like the day it was installed and performs just as well. No leaks, no paint peeling, and the caulking is still doing it job. In summary, its a great product and installation was expert--and it should be as it was expensive. I am super pleased with the appearance. The cedar wood glued to aluminum frame looks great and stands the test of time. The exterior metal work on the windows looks perfect and has not weathered at all. Negotiating the design and contract, and the installation went pretty much smoothly. Joe was great at being flexible to my requests and its wonderful to go see the sunroom roughly assembled in their shop. The installation team was just as nice, flexible, and professional. I docked them 1 point because during the fabrication phase i didn't like how they did one of the design changes and had to spend a long phone conversation with Joe convincing him to do the design change correctly. I guess he did not want to re-fab some of the structure but doing modifications like this was the whole point of reviewing the assembly in the shop (and a key selling point). All in all, the product and installation are first class. Its a premium price but a great product and service.

Carelli Custom Interiors built my kitchen cabinets. I did the design and they fabricated it. However, they gave me some excellent design advice too that saved me money. The end result was essentially hi-end cabinets at about 1/2 the cost and top notch hardware--and I got the exact design I wanted. Very responsive and always friendly and willing to listen to your ideas and concerns. They did take a long time to get my job so you might have be patient. But once started the job moved along at a timely pace. Overall, I was very satisfied with their work, enjoyed working with them and would recommend them to friends, especially if they want to custom work.
