Overall I was pleased with the service - the only issue was having to wait for the technician. Apparently there was a separate emergency at the scheduled time and so I wasted a day waiting for nothing. The next day, Weston arrived first thing, removed the toilet, augered the sewer line, inspected with a camera and cleared the tree roots that were causing the blockage. He didn't use punctuation in the write-up (which confused me a bit) but other than that he did a good job!

I am pleased to share my positive experience with Concordia Tree Care and Tim Johnson. We needed a tulip tree removed from the side of our house (a very constrained location surrounded by tall bamboo), and a big laurel trimmed down about 10 feet. My husband was most impressed at the cleanliness of the tree removal site afterward - no trace that any work had been done, except that the tree was gone! Frogbox provided great customer service on-line, over the phone and in-person. It was easy to place the order and arrange for drop-off and pick-up of the boxes. We used the boxes mainly for the kitchen, so were worried about placing fragile items inside, but in the end nothing was damaged. Still, I would say these boxes are best for non-fragile and less heavy items, as they are quite large. The wardrobe boxes were helpful but a bit awkward to assemble and move. Overall, given that moving is a pain anyway, I would say that having these boxes made our move easier. I would definitely recommend the company to others.
