Am super happy with the outcome. It was a pleasant experience overall, from start to finish. The sales representative was Paul. The quote he provided was reasonable vs. other quotes we got - that's why we decided to go with Sure-Loc. He was very professional, on-time in his appointments, provided good suggestions on the design, returned my calls and replied to my texts in a timely manner. On the day of the actual work, Alex the Supervisor and his crew were very efficient and courteous. They worked continuosly, completed the work on time and cleaned the work area after. An indication that the work looks great is that people walking or driving by would stop and look....I was even asked how much I paid for it because she said it looks really nice
