We started with a problem with the vanity in en suite and discovered a few more problems along the way...Turns out our tub/shower is leaking and we discovered a pool of water in our downstairs basement. This occurred for first time after the initial visit - so requested a follow up. We did not necessarily think this was caused by initial visit, but wanted to confirm issue. Follow up initially started off awkward as I think there was an assumption that we were blaming the leak on something that he had done on initial visit - that was not the case, we just wanted to know what was going on. After we got that sorted out - things went better and were able to confirm an ongoing leak. My only concern here was that the cost of the actual work/diagnosis seemed a bit high for the work done - I know he is working off a set pricing grid - but $234 seems a bit much for less than 30 minutes of actual work/diagnosis time. Only other comment is the home inspection - it is a good idea, but can come off as a bit of a sales pitch if not delivered correctly.
