I normally installed openers on my own, but don't have as much time w/ the kids now. Mike was punctual, courteous and very tidy (neat wiring, made sure the keypad was programmed and linked the the opener correctly). He suggested that I lubricate the rollers or change them to nylon rollers as he noticed the opener had to be set to the highest strength, normally it should be set to the middle. All done inside an hour. No issues calling them again.

Wanted to do a proper electrical installation to the basement I was finishing. Very professional, great advice (esp on the # of light fixtures that would be ideal), done w/ proper permits. Took a little longer than I thought (a couple of days to do the righing in of wiring), but felt comfortable w/ them. Not cheap, but I wasn't expecting a proper, permitted job w/ a licensed contractor to be so.

Great advice, no pressure and fuss free installation. Came in after 5pm to provide an estimate and advice. Brian also noticed by hot water exhaust disconnected and reinstallted/tightened it at no cost. Also provided advice on how to bring more heat into a far room. Clean, tidy and would call upon again w/o hesitation.
