Etgar came out to look at our Samsung dishwasher, but when he got to our home it turned out that the dishwasher had spontaneously fixed itself and was no longer making the grinding noise that had concerned us. While he was here he was quickly able to deal with another appliance issue (our Samsung fridge had water pooling in the vegetable drawers), and we really appreciated the quick pivot and his expertise. He ultimately came back to look at the dishwasher a second time because the issue recurred and it's now humming along happily. The service was fantastic, Etgar is very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly! We're happy repeat customers and wouldn't go to anyone else.

Our outside hose line did not have an indoor isolation valve, so we worried it would freeze in really cold temperatures. We also wanted an automatic isolation valve installed on the main line, to work with our leak detection sensors. Tony came out to give us a quote, and installed the two valves the same day. We did have to do some coordination with the main office, and Tony had to step out to get a missing fitting, but all told we're happy with the experience and the results.
