Honest servicemen.

I didn't get his name, but he called me and advised me on a more cost effective repair to service my fridge through LG flat rate service. He actually ended up saving me $500 by advising me to avoid scummy technicians that would otherwise charge me $900+. Thanks for your time.

Always reliable

Edgar is always reliable. He answers texts to the best of his ability outside of working hours and on weekends and is supremely knowledgeable about appliances.

He comes over as soon as he is able to and service is always top knotch.

Washing Machine Pump Replacement

Our washing machine was giving us an error code related to the pump. Edgar quickly determined the cause of the problem, looking for the most cost-effective solution first. He was super friendly, professional, honest, transparent, and speedy! He also showed me how to clean our lint vent for the dryer and recommended a superior washer cleaning solution. He did not charge us extra for these helpful pieces of information. He was also great with our baby, who was delighted by him! I'd give this company my highest recommendation!

Washer Door Lock Replacement

Second time we have called Edgar and EAS Repair for fixes for our appliances. Edgar is super friendly, obviously skilled and the communication is fast and on point. Work was done very quickly, with a total respect for my house and appliance. Price was great, all charges were explained to me before hand and no surprises. GE Dryer Belt Issue

Appliance Repair review in Old Toronto

Dryer had electricity but would not run even after pressing Start button.

Replied to a message from ESA Repair and Installation and Edgar replied immediately and identified there might be a broken belt issue. He helped order the part and contacted to reply Replacement Belt arrived within a day and fit me into his schedule the following morning.

Edgar was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Job was done within less than half an hour! Definitely would recommend!
