Encore patched and painted all walls, trim, doors and stair railings etc in our 700 sf 1 bed, 1 bath loft condo which has 18’ high walls. This is the 6th time we have had Encore paint for us in various rental properties, as well as homes. Always responsive, quality work and materials. Work completed quickly, and clean up well done. No doubt will use again in the future.

I contacted Chris on impulse after my husband promised for (at least) the 9th time he was going to trim the hedges. Chris was very professional to deal with over the phone and in person. His crew did an excellent job trimming and shaping our scragggly cedar hedge. The response time from phone call to completion was phenomenal, and the cost very fair. The site was cleaned up completely afterwards .... and my husband was so glad he didn't have to do it. No doubt I'll Chris again next year.

Both Larry and Michael were great, very professional in all of my dealings with them. They maintained a very clean work site, and wore booties at all times. Waterworks was punctual, work was fairly priced, and they performed quality work. Better still, Water Works saved me close to $10K after another plumbing company "incorrectly" diagnosed an issue with a sewer pipe exiting my home, an issue which in reality doesn't exist. Water Works cleared an extremely blocked drain pipe (something the other company had been unable to do, even after cutting open the drywall ceiling below), they also installed a back water flood prevention valve. I would definitely call Water Works for any plumbing issues we may encounter down the road, and I have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends.

Of course the ac didn't want to function during a heat wave in Barrie! Called Ardent, they were able to have a service technician (Jason) at the house that same morning. Jason performed the work thoroughly, competently and in a very professional manner. I have since called Ardent for furnace servicing at another location and look forward to the same excellent service as I experienced the first time.

Lighthouse Inspections was retained to undertake a Home Inspection of a condominium our son was contemplating purchasing. The condo building had had issues previously with water leakage around the exterior windows and through areas of the exterior claddding, so we had concerns about whether to proceed or not with the purchase. Joe arrived punctually at the agreed to time, was polite, and professional in his work. He did not rush through the inspection. He was thorough and took time to explain what he was doing (how the tools he used functioned) and when complete, took the time to review all pertinent aspects of the Home Inspection binder with me. I'd have no reservations about using Lighthouse Inspections again.

Prior to listing our 610 SF condo for sale we contracted with Encore Painting to complete a total facelift,so everything was painted except for the ceiling. We were very pleased with the results. We needed the work done quickly, and professionally and it was. The cost was very reasonable, the staff personable, tidy, and helpful. We were so happy with the outcome that we are certainly going to engage Encore Painting again for the painting of our new home.

I do not subscribe to a cleaning service on a regular basis, rather I call when the situation warrants. This time I called after being away for several winter months (luxuriating in FL) while my husband and son remained at home. I returned to find the house in a deplorable condition, and shortly thereafter called Maid For you. This was not the first time I had called MFY (it was the 4th) and again, I was not disappointed. I found MFY to be very professional and accommodating when scheduling a cleaning, the staff were prompt, courteous,worked very hard and methodically, and did an excellent job. I sincerely recommend Maid For You ... I know I will be calling them again.
