Michael was very thorough with his inspection for a townhouse we were buying. He pointed out a lot of things that I never would have known to check for myself, and answered all my questions very clearly and patiently. He caught a few things such as a leaky laundry machine, a broken outside plug-in, S-trap pipes under a few sinks, double-tapped breakers etc., and gave me good suggestions on how to go about fixing them, which ones I could DIY, others that I should hire contractors for etc. Very much appreciated his relaxed but detailed style and analysis, would definitely recommend him to others!
