Bought all our appliances 2 years ago. Washer broke, and was never informed of Samsung recall. They did NOTHING except gave us phone number for Samsung and offered a $50.00 discount to buy another washer . Very frustarting as they do NOT stand behind theirs product. Gave us the run around for a week, until we gave up Suggest buy elsewhere
