I had four new overhead light fixtures I wanted installed in my condo. When I called Mr. Electric, the woman I spoke with was very friendly and was able to schedule an appointment for someone to come to my place within a couple of days. When Goran arrived, he immediately put paper booties over his work boots to ensure that my floors remained clean. It was a small thing, but something I appreciated very much. He was quickly able to give me an estimate which was very reasonable, and then got right to work. Goran was professional, friendly, and very efficient. The new light fixtures look great and am overall very pleased with the service I received. I will definitely call Mr. Electric again if I need other electrical work done.

I had recently moved into an older building and decided that I wanted to renovate my kitchen and both bathrooms. After reviewing several different companies on homestars I finally decided to go with The Home Improvement Group specifically because they specialized in renovating condominiums. The project manager assigned to me was wonderful as he walked me through the entire process and dealt with all of the extra issues that are involved in renovating Condominiums. Things moved along quite smoothly at the beginning. Unfortunately, part way through the renovation my project manager suddenly quit his job with THIG. For the remainder of the project, things felt chaotic and confusing as someone new had to step in and try to figure out what still needed to be done. Several mistakes were made that then needed to be corrected. But they were corrected without any additional cost. In the end, I was thrilled with the results, even though the project took more both time and money than had originally been estimated. My only complaint by the end was that, despite paying THIG for a deep clean of my apartment (which you absolutely need!), the place was left so dusty and dirty that I had to spend several hundred dollars more to hire my own cleaners to get the apartment truly clean.

So far, so good. We're just in the beginning stages of my actual renovations. I decided to go with THIG because of their expertise doing condominium renovations. There are so many hoops to jump through, and Gary, my project manager, has taken care of every one of them. He's been awesome, and is always there if I have questions or concerns. I'm expecting that the remainder of the project to go just as well. Very pleased!
