From start to finish, I was very pleased with the team's work renovating our condo bathroom. They were all kind and personable people, who treated each other with respect and worked together well. Not once did I hear them argue or get impatient with each other, which is quite amazing. They always seemed to deeply care about doing a good job. I felt very comfortable having them in our home, and honestly was never worried about anything.

Since we only have the one bathroom, it was especially nice that they cleaned up the site every day, making everything as neat and tidy as possible. That's a lot of extra work at the end of a long day's work, but they never skimped. Our bathroom is gorgeous now -- a completely different room. Thank you Scott, Kyle, and Kevin!

I hired THIG to complete a small bathroom tiling project and waterproofing of the tub surround and floor. The work was excellent - even and clean despite a very old and uneven home, incl.udong tiling and waterproofing a small window and niche. They were able to make some last minute changes when requested and were extremely flexible and patient when I had to reschedule due to unforeseen renovation obstacles. I very much recommend Les and his team!

THIG was a great choice to go with for my condo renovation. The scope of the work was more cosmetic and was done with a detailed eye and ensuring everything was to my satisfaction. Les was great to work with; letting me know what could and couldnt be done within the constraints of my condo unit. Alex was amazing to work with during the project. He went above and beyond the project, ensuring everything was working properly, clean and even touching up my walls with paint. Even though I was working from home during the reno Alex handled everything.

I was looking to do two changes to my condo unit, repainting the wall and replacing the carpet floor with laminate. Mr. Les the coordinator at THIG guided me throughout the renovation process, and answered my questions in choosing new materials and obtaining approval from the condo board. The staff who came in to redo the walls and floors were on schedule, efficient and thorough with their jobs. I'm happy with the result, the unit feels like new now.

The team will be restructuring my kitchen walls, replacing existing cabinets, counters, flooring and lighting. Due to being in a condo, renos have not quite started yet. But drawings and staff sent to my home for prep work and taking measurements were very friendly and were able to answer any questions that I had. Overall, the attention to detail and overall service has been wonderful!

Project manager (Les) was fantastic to work with. He always responded to texts and messages promptly, usually within minutes. His input and suggestions were both helpful and practical.

I highly recommend Les as the general contractor and project manager. Very efficient, knowledgeable and work always on time with no delays. Will use them in the future.
