I have been a New Century customer for over a decade across two different homes. Ive alway been very happy and have full trust and confidence in the team. My current crew - Sheila and Tasha - are fabulous and help care for the home I love with such care! (And lovely to be around btw.).

When looking for a contractor, there were two key things that were critical for us as we embarked on our significant lower level renovation: 1/ Candor & trust – we wanted to ensure we could have open conversations throughout the process and 2/ Quality of work – our preference was to do it once and do it right. It was important to find a partner who believed in the same philosophy even if that meant extra time / extra effort if that led to the best long-term solution. Sanza Homes (run by partners Saeed and Sep) truly delivered on our expectations and we would happily work with them again. They completed a full lower level “gut” and transformed it into a high-quality, extremely efficient and beautiful living space. Being a home that is over 70 years old, there were some unforeseeable ‘surprises’ along the way but throughout the process, we felt information was shared transparently and our best interests were always top of mind. And on top of everything, Saeed and Sep are just fantastic people! The entire experience was exception! Thank you Saeed and Sep for your incredible work – we are very happy!

Peter was professional, very fast to respond, completed quality work and provided some great guidance on both options and costs to fix my dryer. I would absolutely use Modern Appliance again.
