We were planning on doing a simple update to our basement by taking out some awkward closets and put in new flooring. However, in the spring and fall we would get some water in our basement, nothing major but enough to soak the carpet. So, we decided to open up the walls and try and see why. We found all the studs to be rotten and moldy and the insulation was damp. This had obviously been building up over years. I reached out to a few companies for quotes, the range of prices and solutions was huge. When Mark came to quote provided a solution that worked within our budget but he assured would solve our problem. Other companies only provided options that I believe would have been overkill. In the end Mark and his team did internal waterproofing and replaced windows that were at grade level and seemed to be part of the problem. His team worked hard to complete the project in a timely manner and we are really happy with the work. We had some big rain storms the other week and everything stayed dry!
