Our Home inspection was done by Michael Tita.He was a true professional.Was very patient took his notes and explained us every bit especially for a first-time buyer like us who wouldn't know a lot of things.He took time and explained in detail and took all the pictures and sent us a detailed report.Though the house was new and dint had any major problems he ensured to inform even the slightest spec he found and gave us suggestions as well.It was a pleasant experience.
