we have been in our home almost 3 years. We have never had a period where we were not under repair, or waiting for repair. Our main hall wall has been torn down at least 3 times, reskimmed, resanded and is still crowning, lumpy and bumpy. We have had mushrooms growing out of our bathroom drywall 2 times now. The exterior stonework is crumbling. Their solution is to keep sending "handymen" instead of tradesmen to correct problems, therefore they are never corrected. They leave huge messes behind for the homeowners to clean. Their ethics are unacceptable and we feel powerless against them. I have lots of pics, and backup.
