I had found Solex Group Professional Home Inspection through an online search and reading reviews. Vahn was punctual, responsive and patient in taking time to explain the different components of the home inspection, reviewing each floor and answering any questions we had. Thanks to his thorough inspection and report, we have been able to begin fixing all the different parts of the house that were not up to Code and/or were potential safety hazards. Vahn also identified a plumbing issue due to a toilet leak because he was able to smell the issue in the area (which surprisingly, none of us could). Thank you Vahn!!

We had an issue with a leaking toilet which was found through a home inspection. In contacting a few plumbers, Alex was the first to pick up and was able to come in on the same day. He was friendly, honest, helpful and followed up to ensure that the issue was fully resolved. He gave us a number of options and patiently explained each and the steps that would need to be done. We ended up having our toilet replaced and the piping extended since the previous homeowner had crushed some of the parts during renovations. Alex offered cost-effective options without compromising the quality of work and products used. We will be contacting Alex for future plumbing needs.
