Overall, I was satisfied with the water softener. They did a really good job with the installation. They were very polite and friendly. And they did the job in a timely manner. It took about an hour and half. The only complaint that I have is that they would not give me even a general estimate on the phone. I had to wait until the installer came over for the cost. That way I could have did a comparison with other companies. I would say it was worth the money, but I would have liked to have known in advance the cost.
