We got them in for a leaky dishwasher and as far as we can see it was fixed, but the drain was improperly connected so it popped off. We have spent the next week talking to customer service people and manager Ilona and they keep saying they have to refer it to the warranty dept and they never get back to them, so they can't send a person for literally 2 minutes work to reconnect the drain. The dishwasher is still not usable. Apparently customer service is not a priority for them. This is the first time we have made a complaint in 35 years of home ownership.

Daniel at Home Improvement People provided excellent service, from initial concept to final completion. He guided us to the best appliances and fittings at a very good price and, when an expensive custom piece was not quite as expected, did not hesitate to replace it. Very satisfied!
