Very prompt response from Radoslav when I contacted him on the weekend. I sent some photos of the job and he quickly put together a quote and his recommendations. He arrived the next morning and did a fantastic job, installing the new hardware and adjusting the doors. Radoslav is very professional and personable and a pleasure to deal with. I couldn't agree more with all the positive feedback here. There's no question that when I need a locksmith in the future, I will immediately contact Radoslav. His work is impeccable, his quotes are exact with no hidden surprises and his hardware prices are reasonable, not inflated. (The hardware cost the same as at a big box retailer.) Obviously, I'm a very satisfied customer.

After two roofers botched the job, it was time to go with a skylight professional. Jeff clearly knew his business and did not try to upsell us. He outlined the job thoroughly and during installation, he was able to point out what the roofers did wrong. Lesson learned: go with the pro first time. Jeff is really approachable and a pleasure to work with. He is punctual and does the job on schedule. He respects your home and cleans up the job site thoroughly. He also documents his work and provides you with pictures of the job while in progress and once completed. I have no hesitation in recommending Jeff and his company Moore Skylights.

A lot of companies put the word Reliable in their company name but that doesn't guarantee reliability. Well, these folks deliver on their promise. After our rental water heater died, I did my usual extensive research and decided to go with Reliable. That was a very, very good decision. Darryl Sharpe did an excellent job outlining our options and we decided it was time for a furnace upgrade to go with our new tankless water heater. No high-pressure sales tactics, just a professional who clearly knew what he was talking about. The installation by Darryl and his colleague Darren went flawlessly. What I appreciated most was that we were consulted at every step and the installation was done with virtually no impact on our home (other companies wanted to rip out ceilings or knock through another exterior wall for the venting). They didn't go wIth the easiest route for them, they went with the best solution for us. I credit not only their professionalism and expertise but the fact they were extremely nice and decent people who treated us so well. I have no reservations in giving Darryl, Darren and Reliable my highest respect and recommendation. They will definitely be getting the call for the new air conditioner.
