We had a shoddy roof and had another company do patches and repairs but when Harold came, he showed up how bad the initial work was and how bad the repairs were. He came with a plan to fully repair, reconfigure and fix our problems so that we won't have any future issues. His crew came on time and the work in 3 days. We are very happy with the results and the communication throughout the whole process. For the amount of work that was done, we feel the cost was very reasonable.

After a recent downpour, our previously patched roof started leaking again. Star Moon came out the next morning and said they could repair the area. The price they quoted was lower than we were expecting so we went with it. They said they could come back the next week because they were busy. When they realized that it was going to rain on the weekend, they decided to come back the next day to ensure it was fixed before more rain came. We were very appreciative of their consideration and their fast work and response. They came the next morning and did the work within 2 hours. If we have any more roof issues, we'll be calling them back. Joyce also texted after the work was done to follow up. Great customer service.
