I did not think it was possible to still find such a professional, hard-working and genuinely decent person like Len. About 2/3 of our shower grout was basically yellow from years of less than perfect cleaning. I did not think it was salvageable and thought we were looking at a complete tile replacement - Len proved me completely wrong. The bath tiles essentially look like they were just placed there. Len also corrected the grout problem in our master shower and deducted some of his quote to compensate for having to do less than he initially thought. I would have never known that he had done less if he charged us the original amount - it speaks to his sense of integrity. The job was done as promised on the day agreed to and he treated our house like a palace. I will recommend Len to any and all who are unsure if their grout can be saved. My only regret is that I did not take before/after photos. Thank you for an impeccable job, Len. Yes, you were right when you told me I would be impressed! All the best.

From our consult to project completion, it was obvious that Rodney takes pride in his personal approach. The timeline he forecasted was almost bang on, even with weather related issues. We initially only chose the front porch being replaced, but decided to have the side walkway completed, as well. This addition to the original project did not phase Rodney in the slightest. After the first day of construction, Rodney's team realized that the scope would have to change in order to achieve the best result for our property. We were worried, at first, but the end result was beyond what we had envisioned and the additional cost was reasonable and absolutely worth it. We recommend Imperial Stone and Desigh and they would be our first choice for future products without hesitation. Our sincere thanks to Rodney, Stef and the rest of the team for the beautiful outcome. The attached pictures are without any garden landscaping which was not part of the project. The asphalt off the driveway was done by Stef to hide the obvious sinking of our driveway over time. Extra work that he did not have to do, but wanted to make the transition a little nicer for us. Again, more evidence of them caring about the overall result, not just the money.

We are very satisfied with the service and attention to detail provided by Enercare staff. Terry R. attended and cleaned our ducts at the time promised, in a thorough manner and treated us and our home with the utmost respect.
