He will work with you to pick the best matting and frame combinations. As for the previous reviewer, personal issues should never form the basis of a business review. Slanderous comments have NO place here. Ray is a wonderful person who gives more customer service than I have seen in any other vendor. Peter was professional and courteous, explaining what needed work with arial photographs. He looked for way to stay within budget and only made necessary recommendations. Instead of costly vents, he replaced old vents with new larger vents which would provide necessary ventilation without extra cost. The work was done on time and perfect clean up. Not a plant was damaged in my yard! He also very willingly helped with work which had nothing to do with his roofing project - releiving my stress levels as I had no idea how to do them myself. After Rogers more than doubled the price in my monitoring service fees after 6 months, they refused to offer any deals. Also found their price to be amazing. 9.99 is for 3 yrs, and will saty that price reaching age 65. No worries - it only goes up to 12.99 if not yet a senior - still moe than 75% less than competition.
