in order to take advantage of the Canada Greener Homes Energy Grant, I needed a company that understood the details of the program. Tim @ Reliance did all the necessary homework, found me the right Heat Pump and matching Furnace. Their process was almost seamless, and where there were bumps in the road (there are always bumps), reliance took care of everything. Installers were pros and pleasant, response times were immediate when there were concerns. They worked well with my fuel company at hookup time. I've now used reliance for the third time (generator electrical and pool equipment) and they've done excellent work at good prices with worry free guarantee every time. I know if anything comes up, they'll attend to it.

The Home Improvement Group sent us Aldo Leon as the Project Manager and he worked with us on design and build. He helped us achieve a home that was to our taste and budget. The house looks like new again and he helped us fix all home issues including crumbling porch, flooding garage, leaky roof and lack of outside electrical access. His team was incredibly hard working, respectful and provided quality work. The project was on budget, there were no surprises so estimates were done well. We went a bit over on completion time but weather was to blame for that, and overall it was still within reason. We are extremely pleased with how things turned out. Our friends and family are impressed with what was accomplished on the budget we had. We are enjoying the comforts of our old / new home. I have found the only people i'll be turning to for future work on our house. Thank you so much THIG for sending us Aldo, and for managing our account. You were very responsive to my inquiries, very reasonable and accommodating when it came to contracts and payments. Everyone did an excellent job!
