They came to repair a know error code on our washing machine which needed a part they knew about. Showed up without the part, told us it would take 5 days to arrive so offered a temp fix for $330.00 as soon as the tech left our house , the machine stopped working. They refuse to come back and refuse a refund. Also they quoted this part first $350 and then changed their minds to $550. Customer service is a foul mouthed ride highschool drop out. The service technician was rude, forceful, dirty and smelled of bo , he stunk up our whole house. After spending this money we are now forced to buy a new washer because they left our machine in worse shape then before they arrived. It doesn’t even start anymore
